ARMS WILL BE FULLY EXTENDED, BACK FLAT, HEAD IN LINE WITH THE SPINAL COLUMN OR SLIGHTLY EXTENDED, HEAD AND EYES STRAIGHT AHEAD OR SLIGHTLY UPWARD AND HEELS IN CONTACT WITH THE GROUND.ĪLL REPETITIONS WILL BEGIN FROM THIS START POSITION.
